Fattore Crelio is a Chianti from the Pisan Hills enriched by Barbara Tamburini with 25% Merlot to
balance the freshness of the Sangiovese and give it more roundness, aromas and aging potential.
With a beautiful garnet color, rich in aromas of black cherry with a hint of liquorice, it is long and
velvety on the palate and is at least as reminiscent of Super Tuscans as Chiantis.
It is the wine of choice for traditional Tuscan local cuisine, charcuterie and cheese platters, pasta
with ragout and meat casseroles.

Description
Crelio Petrolini
Fattore Crelio is a tribute to Crelio Petrolini (1928-1979), the last “fattore” or historical manager of the Antinori-Aldobrandini estate before its dismemberment. Recruited by Prince Clemente Aldobrandini (1891-1967) even before the end of his secondary studies, he fought for more than 30 years to try, despite the war and the difficulties of the times, to maintain the villa, the gardens and the agricultural estate to the level of excellence desired in the previous century by Duke Amerigo and his daughter Princess Maria.
